Includes the use of functional dynamic tasks from everyday living to continue to improve range of motion, strength and endurance for a single activity or a group of activities. Movements including reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, lifting, carrying, repetitive motion activities, catching and throwing qualify as therapeutic activities. Therapeutic activities can be very basic or complicated depending on where the patient is functioning after and injury an or illness.
