We approach your pain and injuries with the idea of avoiding surgery when possible and to decrease or discontinue prescription pain medications. We provide you with a care plan designed just for your or your loved one.

Our goal is to assist you to implement our focused treatments and follow-up with a prescribed home program should be on your way to pain relief, improved body alignment and the ability to regain your previous strength, coordination and function in a reasonable time. We know that your time and money are valuable to you; we are acutely aware of your high deductibles and high co-pays. We have close, easy access to our building. We are handicapped accessible and can assist you to get in and out of your car when needed.

Our strongest referral system is our patients who return again and again with new or chronic conditions and issues. We love it when they tell their referring physician – “I know just where I’m going for my therapy, to Hammer Rehab and Fitness.” We are delighted so many of our clients also refer their friends and family here for therapy and fitness.

When finished with your therapy program you are encouraged to use our Fitness Center or any other fitness program you like to continue to increase your total body function. The goal is that once you are up and out of pain and dysfunction you will want to keep on improving. At our center we have accessible equipment with staff trained to assist to get in shape and stay in shape. We welcome walk-ins who don’t need any formal therapy to sign up for exercise, boot camps, personal training and/or Jazzercise.
