Hammer Boot Camp

  • Our small group Boot Camp classes are designed to assess your initial levels of fitness and then match your fitness level to a workout program that will assist you to reach your goals. Not too difficult, not too easy.
  • Safe and friendly environment with an instructor who leads you through a 45-minute session that will leave you eager to return using your own body weight and low-level hand weights
  • Workouts include a range of exercises from strength training, to cardiovascular exercise, to balance training
  • Sessions that keep you moving to avoid the boredom other exercise classes may cause
  • A client-first model, in which we focus on meeting our client’s needs and expectations as best as possible
  • Open conversation with our boot camp member allows each member to feel that their feedback is taken, valued and implemented
  • Instructor, with a background is Exercise-Science, capable of providing insight on any exercise-related topics or questions you may have.

Personal Trainer - Nicole Mueller LATC CPT

Nicole Mueller LATC CPT

Nicole is one of our newest employees. She spent 12 weeks here as an Intern to complete her degree in Exercise Science. Nicole has many skills and interests. As an undergraduate at Carroll she not only worked on her Exercise Science Degree in preparation for applying to become a Physical Therapist she also studied Athletic Training and advanced Personal Training.

She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). Many of our members and potential members have been waiting for the opportunity to work with a Trainer. Stop by and Nicole can set up an individual independent program for you as well as work with you one on one or in a small group.

Nicole has also added the title of Wisconsin Licensed Athletic Trainer (LATC) to her list of accomplishments as well. Hammer Rehab & Fitness Center looks forward to helping area athletes and budding athletes achieve their highest potentials after injury, surgery or just getting back in shape to be able to run in a 5-10 K, play basketball, baseball, golf and other popular sports. We welcome any individual or group who are looking for advanced training in several sports, including drills, core strengthening and specific exercise programs for your sport. Call and we can set up a demonstration for you.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys being outdoor on the lake or at the race track doing circle track racing, where she has won many races.
